Grumpy Joe
Ralph

Ralph apologises to his many fans – unfortunately he won’t be able to attend this year’s Showman’s Show at Newbury on 22nd and 23rd October. He’s still feeling very unwell, and keeps being very sick.
He hopes his old friends will still visit Grump Joe on Stand 265 Avenue F, and assures you all that it definitely wasn’t any of the complimentary burgers, bacon butties or drinks on Joe’s stand that made him ill – it’s a long standing condition, brought back from America. He’s hoping to feel better for his next outing on Halloween.
Seriously, Ralph, our vomiting life sized man, has been banned from appearing – he made even the staff feel ill! He is a very realistic animated dummy, complete with movements, sound effects and very realistic vomiting into a 50 gallon drum. We have lots of fun making up the artificial sick to look as realistic as possible.
Ralph was the chef with food poisoning who welcomed guests at the entrance to Fiascos Dinner Show in Orlando, Florida. He came back to the UK with us following the disastrous hurricanes which took off 80ft of Fiascos roof.
He comes complete with his own custom crate, amplifier, compressor and wheeled stand. He can be dressed as a chef, a drunk, etc and in America is usually seen in Haunted Houses. Ralph is sadly up for sale, as only Grumpy Joe appreciates his disgusting display. He makes a great crowd stopper, photo opportunity, doorman to amuse guests having to queue, or even an unusual rental prop.
If you are interested in buying Ralph or for long term rental (sorry, we’re not into short term hires), please contact Grumpy Joe on joe@grumpyjoe.co.uk
